How many events do you host per day?
What is the max capacity and the guest minimums?
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
How do I put a date on hold?
Do you offer virtual planning options?
Do you offer onsite coordinating?
Do you offer valet parking?
Is there overnight guest parking?
When can I come pick my things up after the wedding?
What time is the latest time our wedding can end?
Do you have a backup generator for power outages?
Food
Do you have an in-house kitchen?
Do you allow outside food or alcohol?
How do you accommodate to allergies?
Do you offer gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, etc. options?
Do you require entree counts on RSVPs? Can guests change their entree order the day of the wedding?
Do you include a signature drink?
Vendors
Do you require us to book within your preferred vendors?
Are there any restrictions on what outside vendors can bring in?
How early can my vendors come in to set up?
Do vendors need to have everything out of the venue by the end of the night?
To what extent will your team set up our decor?
Onsite Ceremonies
Do you charge a ceremony fee? If so, what does that include?
